Release Agreement

hereinafter referred to as "I" or "Participant", Least Resistance Training Concepts, hereinafter referred to as "LRTC," for activities taking place at any premises, public or private, where LRTC-conducted activities may take place. This agreement covers all activities and occurrences at such premises or that are connected in any way with the such premises, use of animals and/or equipment owned by any persons connected in any way with the premises, as well as for any other cause arising out of any activity associated with the premises, including field responses to emergency and public safety incidents.

It is hereby agreed as follows:

I declare that my participation is voluntary and I agree to assume all risks, liability, damage to and loss of property for any cause whatsoever arising out of my activities.
I understand that under Nevada's Limitations on Liability Statute (NRS 41.519,) I have a duty to only engage in activities for which I have the knowledge and ability to engage in such activities safely, that I understand the inherent risks of such activities, and that I will exercise due regard for the safety of myself and others engaged in such activities.
I understand that I must wear an appropriate helmet so as to prevent injuries when engaged in activities involving horses and other large livestock, handling technical rescue equipment, and when engaged in potentially risky tasks. "Activities" include training exercises, demonstrations, and responses to calls for service, including emergencies.
LIABILITY RELEASE: I understand that I am responsible for any bodily injury or property damage which I should sustain on the any premises. I hereby, for myself, my heirs, administrators and assigns release and discharge LRTC, ET AL, the owners of any premises and their respective servants, agents, officers and all other participants of and from all claims, demands, actions and causes of action for such injuries sustained to my person, or that of my child or legal charge and/or property.

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify LRTC, ET AL and the owners of any premises against any injury, damage to personal property, or any other loss sustained by me and by or to relatives, children, guests, handlers and any and all other persons entering and/or using the premises.
I understand that I am using the premises at my own risk at all times and I agree to assume all responsibility for injuries or damages to any other persons arising out of my activities at the premises.
I agree to provide a release of liability form for all relatives, children, guests, or other persons who may frequent the premises as a result of my activities at the premises.
This agreement is entered into in the state of Nevada and will be interpreted and enforced under its laws.
Upon the signing of this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to be bound to LRTC's rules, which are incorporated herein by this reference, as well as established Incident Command System protocols when in the field.
I agree to leave the premises immediately if the premises owner or agents for the same determine that the activities being undertaken by me or any of my guests may prove harmful to me or any others for any reason.

By submitting this form, I certify that I am of legal age and of sound mind and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants, and have read, understand, and agree to the foregoing agreement and release.
